Days of our Lives paid tribute to Francis Reid/Alice Horton this week (Francis, the actress, died in February, Alice (the character) died last week). She was 91 years old and was protrayed as a smart, witty, funny, loving, always gave the best advice type woman. Wonderful mother, grandmother, friend... many characters (and cast members) commented on how they strive to be the type of woman she was. Is there someone in your life that you strive to be like?
-> Yes. She's one of my colleagues. I admire her for being so kind. I want to be like her but I realzed that I can't.

-> Of course.

-> uhmmm.. That was the time where I knew the result of our Mock Board exam in Accounting. I really don't like Accountancy and I was about to accept that I failed. I mean,I already expexted it but when my classmates went near me,they hugged me a lot. Suddenly,I cried and I felt that I am very important to them. I was able to feel comfort from them. They told me that they're going to miss me in the class. I was very happy when those things happened. I never expected that. Even those classmates that were not close to me become close to me now because of the incident. I truly cherish friends and I have found friendship in them.^^

Thursday Thunks

1. It became officially summer on Monday. What's your favorite part of winter?


-> snow snow snow ... lol.. I haven't tried to experience snow.


2. What was your worst summer vacation ever?

-> I usually don't remember the bad things that had happened to me. They don't deserve to be remembered. lol.



3. Kimber's husband just got the dream job that he's hoped for. So a big shout out to her and Anthony! Tell us about the best job that you ever had.

-> Well,I am proud to say that at the young age(21 y.o),I have been teaching online for almost 3 years and I am really enjoying my job. I haven't finished my studies yet but I am happy because the manager trusts me. This is my dream job(teacher) even if I am just teaching online.It feels good when you hear compliments from your colleagues,manager and especially from the students. c=.. I am afraid I will be going to leave the company soon as I have enough money to pay my debts in my previous school and to study again.^^



4. Who is probably talking a load of crap about you right now?

-> Nobody because I am not that kind of person who talks a load of crap to others.lol.

-> I want to turn back time on the year 1989,my birth year. That was the time that my family was complete. My dad died when I was 1 year old and 5 months. Until now,I have been wanting to see him. Everybody said that my dad was so good to everyone and very kind. I envy them for having a chance to meet and to know him personally. I envy those people who are given a chance to experience a fatherly love which I haven't experienced in my entire life. I know that he took care of me when I was still a baby but...

   ... all I can say is I want to see him,hug and kiss him.:(. I miss him so much and I need him especially my mom.

-> phone: I use them to communicate with people especially with mine.

-> eye solution: My eyes feel uncomfortable if I don't drop solution in my eyes. I am wearing lenses for I have a bad eyesight and to look better. lol

-> handkerchief: I can't live without it

-> I haven't tried it yet.

-> This blog.^^. I think this has full of emotions and learnings in life.

In the last year it said the sales of Michael Jackson's and The Beatles' music are the only artists who sales continue to climb. The article stated that the two are holding up the industry. Have you bought a CD or mp3 of either artist recently?

-> No,I haven't. But we have a Beatles CD Karaoke. My uncle loves them and he likes to sing their songs.



10. What radio ad right now do you find so annoying that you'd rather have a tooth drilled than hear it again?

-> about a barber shop. I just don't like it. very annoying.grrr

-> My dad. I am going to be scared at first but I am going to be very happy if that will happen.

->boxing. I don't like it. It just hurts me seeing people fighting and hurting each other.

Wednesday Wickedness: Heather Locklear

1. "With a parent, it's always guilt. You want to be there, but you kind of also want to be here." Tell us about a time where you had to be selfish with your time, and felt guilty about it (whether it was time taken from your children or a S/O).

-> Well in my job,I can't manipulate my time. I sometimes feel angry if there's a time wherein I expect to go home earlier than usual and to meet mine. And suddenly our managers tells me that my class is moved. I hate it so much. I always feel disappointed and I let mine feel bad.:(.




2. "Sex appeal is not on purpose." Do you feel that you can create more sex appeal or that it's just a given?

-> I don't think that I have that much sex appeal. I am a bit contented with what I am right now but I somehow feel bad with my hair. It sucks. I want to have a hair rebond but I think it doesn't work in my hair. I tried it before but it didn't work.grrr



3. "One man is not enough." Has there ever been a time when monogamy seemed difficult?

-> For me,never. I and my boyfriend have been together for almost 5 fruitful years. We are happily inlove with each other and for us being with each other is the happiest thing that has ever happened in our entire life. I haven't tried falling inlove with another guy because my man is the best. I am very lucky for having him in my life.

    But for other people,YES. Monogamy seems to be very difficult for them. I don;t know why but tsk,too bad.

-> Yes,they do. Ten Commandments of God have already registered in my mind and they influenced me a lot.

1. Have you ever wondered why snakes can't slither backwards?

-> No,I haven't. I don't care at all. But I am wondering why it was the snake who tempted Eve to eat the apple. Why not the other animals?.. Just wonderin'. lol.^^

-> Maybe it is but I am hoping it would be stopped which I think is irresolvable.='c



3. Do you enjoy hiking?

-> No,I don't. My feet are lazy. lol.^^

-> Nope. It doesn't matter what color of a tee shirt a man wear as long as they can carry what they're wearing. I prefer to see a man wearing pink. It's pretty cool.

-> Yes,yes,I do. I love keeping memorabilias not just from companies I worked for but from the events or people that have been a part of my life.

-> If  it's scorching hot like I'm on fire.

-> No,I haven't but our neighbor did it to our window. I was so angry that time because he didn't think of paying for the window he had broken. tsk.



10. Do dogs in your neighborhood howl when they hear sirens from police cars or fire trucks?

-> No,they don't. They just run away enough for them not to hear those sirens because as far as I know, they don't like very loud noises especially fireworks.



11. Have you tried doing something as an adult that you used to be able to do as a kid?
 
-> Yes,I have. wow.. I was 8 years old that time and I was the one who was teaching my friends. I could really feel like I was a teacher. I gave them homeworks,I taught them and gave them scores.^^

Worst Nightmare I Have Ever Had

I and my boyfriend were having a date. It was really romantic for he gave me a bouquet of pink(my fave color) roses and three boxes of expensive chocolates.  We went in many places ; Karaoke room and sang many songs, movie theater and arcade to play there. We had so much fun. He never failed to tell me how much he loves me.

We had a dinner in a very nice restaurant. That was my dream dinner date:candles on the table,bubbles around the place,musicians playing the violin and the man whom I love with me. The foods were luscious. It was really perfect!

We took a walk there for the restaurant has a mini-garden outside with fountain in the middle. We talked about anything.  Until I saw him a bit worried.  I didn't dare to ask him and I didn't mind it  because that might destroy our moment. A few minutes later,I went in the john and he borrowed my phone for he wanted to send a message to his parents in abroad asking them to call him.  After going to the john, I quietly walked near him while he was talking in the phone. I was at his back. Wanting to hear their conversation,I deliberately placed my ear on the phone. You know what I heard?... It was... "I miss you,baby. When will I see you?"='c.. I got numb after hearing those lines. He got shocked when he saw me hearing their conversation. I was like dying. A few minutes later, I hit him a lot,grabbed my phone,ran away and sobbed a lot. Then I received a message expecting it to be from him but it wasn't. It was the girl saying "I love you,baby. Be strong. I am going to wait for you." That made me cried a lot more.

Then.... alarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!.. It was just a nightmare.lol.  But when I got up it was like it's true so I cried a lot. If it's going to be true,I wish not to wake up. tsk.. tsk..

Wedding Day

Marriage is a social union or legal contact between individuals that creates kinship. Such a union may also be called matrimony,while the ceremony that marks its beginning is usually called wedding. People marry for many reasons and I am happy for my friend who is having a wedding ceremony today.

Marriage is very important to all the couples. It's the time where a man really says "Yes" not just because he already owns the woman but it's also because it's there time to make love. For me,M before S is true.. Marriage before Sex. I haven't nothing against those people engaging that thing but for me,I want to preserve this until I get married and I think it's hoing to be worth the wait.

This day is a very special day for mine(our term of endearment) for he has given another year to live in this world and I am very happy to be a part of his life. I admire him for being so simple. He never asks for anything to his parents if not needed. He never complains for the meals he eats everyday. He doesn't have any vices which I love the most. I love him for being him. Hr's such a simple yet a responsible man. Nobody can interchange my feelings for him because for me,he is the best. I know no one is perfect nor the best but if people just realized how perfect he is if seen in my eyes,then they would also love him very much.

I knew I love you before I met you

Love keeps people together even when they are far away for each other. They may be far from us but deep in our heart they are just stayin in our heart and in our mind. As long as there is a constant communication and honesty,love still remains. Distance is never that far away if love is the bridge.
